Chevrolet made the Bolt EV look sportier for 2022 by updating its front fascia. Its vertical "face" now sports slimmer LED headlights that point toward a diamond-patterned rectangular plate where the grille would be on a gas-powered car.
Inside, the 2022 Chevy Bolt EV has a more modern look, with a large central touchscreen that's nicely integrated into the dashboard. Columbus drivers will like its new push-button gear selector, which opens up space in the narrow center console for a wireless charger. Each button (Drive, Reverse, etc.) has a distinctive shape and placement so the that the driver can select the correct button without looking down. Chevy redesigned the Bolt's seats to make them more comfortable and added a stylish, flat bottom steering wheel.
